Cycles Of Intuition

*Received this book free for review in exchange for my honest and unbiased review

A true inspirational book, you will learn many different aspects of a business as well as how to carry yourself as a person and business owner.

Cycles Of Intuition is a inspiring book on business and life. The Author Kostika wrote this book as a fictional story but the facts and knowledge presented is in fact non fiction. It's remarkable how he made up this story for entertainment as well as teaching lessons in hope that readers would use his insight for their own person situations. As a stay at home mom, looking to start her own business, reading this book has showed me how caring for my customer will care for my business and keep it prospering.
Steve is the main character. His father owns a tool fixing business and throughout the story, he tries teaching his son the values of life and the values of keeping your business prosperous. His dad taught him about "indirect and direct services", this stood out to me the most. I've never looked at businesses that way. You are directly interacting with the customer so you have to treat them and the product differently than someone you are handling over the phone. You have to take different steps and precautions in order to keep them happy and keep them as a customer. Your customer service skills have to be excellecent from beginning to end and one mistake can jepoderdize your company, reputation. Throughout the story there are many different examples and situation that shows Steve putting what his father taught him to use, as well as continuing to learn from him.
The beginning and end of the story places him on the phone speaking to the starting narrator, and ends with him asking a question, which fuly ties this story together.
The author did an fantastic job writing this novel and placing so much wisdom, in a way we all could understand. I am truly inspired by this book and I am recommending it to those who need a little help with planning and trying to run a prosperous business.

This book is available on amazon for your kindle or paperback.
